Temperament, character, and spirituality are among the variables whose structure expands during adolescence and creates the basis for planning the adolescent's destiny. The purpose of the present study was to investigate the effectiveness of existential exploration education on the nature, character, and spirituality of first-year high school students in Isfahan's 4th district. The present study is applied in terms of purpose and method (quasi-experimental) and is of the pre-test-post-test type with a control and experimental group. The statistical population of this study included all male students of the first high school in Isfahan in 1404. The sample size was 66 people and they were selected using the available sampling method. The subjects answered the TCI (Cloninger, 2006) personality questionnaire and the (Hill, 1986) spirituality questionnaire. The research data were analyzed using SPSS software and the MANCOVA multivariate analysis of covariance method at two descriptive and inferential levels. The findings of the study showed that existential exploration training for high school adolescents in Isfahan's 4th district had a significant effect on the dimensions of Temperament and character (novelty seeking, harm avoidance, conscientiousness, self-direction, cooperation, and self-enhancement) (P<0.05), but it did not have a significant effect on the component (reward dependence) (P>0.05). The findings also showed that existential exploration training had a significant effect on the dimensions of spirituality (awareness, realistic acceptance, hopelessness, instability, perception management) (P<0.05), but it did not have a significant effect on the component (magnification) (P>0.05). Therefore, existential education can be used to influence the nature, character, and spirituality of high school students.
