Teaching is a multidimensional process that combines content delivery, learner engagement, classroom management, and emotional support. Effective teaching, beyond knowledge transfer, requires enhancing student motivation, adopting innovative instructional strategies, and addressing psychological barriers such as classroom anxiety. This article reviews key theories and practices related to student motivation, teaching methods, and managing learning-related stress. By integrating research from educational psychology, education, and classroom practices, this study identifies principles that enhance teaching effectiveness and improve learning outcomes. The findings emphasize the need for student-centered teaching, creating an emotional framework, and adaptive methods that respond to the diverse needs of learners.
