The aim of this research is to investigate the effect of coaching leadership style on innovation and career enthusiasm with the mediating role of succession in elementary schools of Khorramabad city. The present research is quantitative, it is practical in purpose and In terms of research method, It is description in type of the correlation with the approach of structural equations. The statistical population of this research includes 1,700 elementary school teachers in Khorramabad, and the sample size of the research was determined to be 313 by using the Krejcie and Morgan table. The sampling method is also relative stratified randomness. In this research, four questionnaires of McLean's coaching(2005), Schaufeli and Bakker's(2002) career enthusiasm, Jansen's career innovation(2000) and Tabley's succession(2014) used as a data collection tool, that construct validity and reliability were confirmed by using Cronbach's alpha test and composite reliability. All analyzes were done through spss 26 and smart pls 3 software. The findings of the research showed that coaching leadership has an effect on the career innovation of elementary teachers in Khorramabad. Also, coaching leadership has an effect on the career enthusiasm of elementary school teachers in Khorramabad city, and coaching leadership has a positive and significant effect on the succession of managers. On the other hand, succession has a positive and significant effect on career innovation and career enthusiasm of teachers separately. Finally, it was found that coaching leadership indirectly had a positive effect on career innovation and enthusiasm, and the mediating role of succession was confirmed.
