The aim of this study was to investigate the relationship between managers' leadership style and job insecurity and organizational alienation of elementary school teachers in Boukan city with the mediating role of management skills. The present study was descriptive-correlational using structural equation modeling. The statistical population included 1,020 male and female elementary school teachers in Bukan city in the academic year 2023-2024, of which 285 were selected using multi-stage cluster sampling. Research data were collected using 4 standard tools: Vatten & Kameron managerial skills (1991), Houghton et al.'s leadership style (2002), Nissi & et al job insecurity (2000), and individual's organizational alienation and honesty (2009).To analyze and fit the data with the conceptual model, the SEM structural equation modeling method and SPSS and AMOS software were used.The results of the study showed that there is a significant relationship between managers' leadership style and management, job insecurity and organizational alienation. The results of the Sobel test also indicated that the mediating role of management skills in the relationship between managers' leadership style and job insecurity and also in the relationship between managers' leadership style and organizational alienation is confirmed.The results of this study showed that the leadership style of principals plays a decisive role in improving management skills, increasing job insecurity, and reducing organizational alienation of teachers.The mediating role of management skills also indicates that these skills can play a key role in transferring the effects of leadership style to job and organizational variables.
