A Study the affect of the typical of education systems on the educational effectiveness

his paper investigates the effect of the educational system on the education performance. The kind of education system in every country, in terms of its objectives, policies and education plans has influenced a trilevel of development. On the other hand, it has some influences on the educational outcome. Also the kind of educational system has direct impact on the educational outcome. The current study tries to answer the following research questions.
1.  Does the kind of educational system influence the trilevel of development through the world?
2.  Does the trilevel of development influence educational outcome?
3.  Does the quality of the kind of educational system influence the educational outcomes?The current comparative study is quantitative in nature. Data were obtained from the secondary sources including those which have been obtained from the 70 countries from 1999 to 2004. The findings of the study indicated the effect of the kind of educational system as well as trilevel of development on the educational outcome. Multiple regression showed that economical development (%27), political development (%14), and social development predicted the educational outcome. Furthermore, the kind of educational system (%38) through trilevel development influenced the educational outcome. It should also be mentioned that different educational systems (concentrated / semi-concentrated / non-concentrated) have different effects on the educational outcome. Moreover, those countries in which semi-concentrated and non-concentrated systems are common, enjoy the higher educational outcome. On the contrary, those countries with the concentrated educational system are having the lower educational outcome
