The aim of the current research is to investigate the challenges and solutions to attention to the psychological foundations emphasized in the Document of Fundamental Transformation in the content of lessons, classroom management and the prevailing atmosphere in elementary schools. This research is of qualitative type, and document analysis method and phenomenological method (semi-structured interview) were used to obtain the findings. And, more than 100 primary school teachers of Isfahan province were selected by purposeful sampling method and theoretical saturation criteria. In the findings section, by examining the available resources and through interviews with teachers, the challenges and solutions were determined and it was shown that the principles mentioned in the Document of Fundamental Transformation will not be fully achieved in the short term and only by sending the circular letter. Rather, in addition to the necessary training for students, parents and teachers, there is a need for the necessary resources and facilities and their fair allocation throughout the country. Further, through interviews with teachers, challenges and solutions such as increasing the resources and facilities of education, conducting necessary training for teachers and parents, reducing the number of students in classes, using technological tools such as artificial intelligence, changing and modifying books curriculum, full implementation of educational justice, compilation of guidelines for using active teaching methods in elementary schools and other solutions that were mentioned in the text of the research and presented separately in tables.
