The aim of the genealogy of the teacher training system is from the establishment of Dar al-Funun to Farhangian University. Therefore, according to Foucault's assumptions, the current teacher training system has been examined, and we have reached the origin of this system by identifying the breakpoints. Based on this, the creation of the system is dependent on the new education system and the events that resulted in the revelation of the scientific weakness of Iranians. The defeats of Iran by Russia and the understanding of the cause of the failure, i.e. the knowledge and technology of the Westerners and the communication with them, have led to the discourse of the superiority of the knowledge and technology of the West, and the solution to the acquisition of knowledge and technology has been identified, and therefore thinkers have created a new education and training based on the Western method. And in order to provide teachers, initially by inviting foreign teachers and students who have returned from abroad and Dar al-Funun, and finally by establishing the first teacher training centers, they provided teachers. Therefore, the lineage of teacher training is a sign of the breaks in this system, in which one can observe the system of educating a scholarly and literate, expert and skilled, revolutionary and value-oriented Islamist teacher.
