The three basic aspects of evaluation were scientific situation. quality of teaching and teaching moral. The qouestionnaire of evaluation was reviewed regarding to the content and the way of administration. We choose the systematic sampling method and the instrument of research was researcher-made questionnaire. The validity and reliability of questionnaire completely was verified after test-retest. We applied the descriptive and inferential statistic method for example the tables of frequency, graphs and nonparametric chisquare and the data of research were analyzed. The conclusions of this research are these: %82 of academic staffs agreed with the evaluation of academic stuffs by the students and %17 were opposed. In this relationship as c2 = 93/71 it means that the relationship is significant. Most of the academic staffs that is %57/1 declare that all of students must participate in the evaluation not only ten of them or privileged students. As the c2 = 37/5 so we concluded that the relationship is significant. The %40 of academic staffs declare that the most evaluation qoeficient must be devoted to the scientific situation and respectively to the teaching quality and teaching moral. %57/1 of academic staffs declare it is better that the evaluation be applied once in a year and %57/1 declare the suitable time for evaluation is the last session of class. |
