fa تأثیر هوش مصنوعی در مسائل تعلیم و تربیت و حقوق کودکان The Impact of Artificial Intelligence on Education and Children's Rights مسائل آموزشی پژوهشي Research <div style="text-align: justify;">تأثیر هوش مصنوعی در زندگی کودکان از نحوه بازی کودکان و اینکه چگونه آموزش و تعلیم و تربیت می‌بینند، چگونه آن‌ها اطلاعات را محافظت کنند و در مورد آن بیاموزند امری موردتوجه است. لذا هدف این مقاله بررسی تأثیر هوش مصنوعی در مسائل تعلیم و تربیت و حقوق کودکان است. مقاله حاضر که به روش نظری و با استفاده از منابع کتابخانه‌ای و اینترنتی و تجزیه‌وتحلیل داده‌ها به‌صورت توصیفی و تحلیلی است. یافته‌ها و نتایج پژوهش حاکی از آن است که افزایش سطح آموزش و آگاهی نسبت به حقوق کودکان و استفاده از هوش مصنوعی با اطلاع‌رسانی و آموزشی برنامه‌هایی که کودکان، والدین و متخصصان تعلیم و تربیت را با خطرات و مزایای احتمالی استفاده از هوش مصنوعی آشنا می‌کند ضروری است. علاوه بر این، باید ابزارهایی برای آموزش سواد دیجیتال به کودکان ارائه شود تا بتوانند اطلاعات شخصی خود را درک و مدیریت کنید. بنابراین، حمایت از کودک در بستر هوش مصنوعی نیازمند ایجاد قوانین خاص، توسعه اخلاقی استانداردها، آموزش و آگاهی و مشارکت همه ذی‌نفعان است. درنهایت هنگام توسعه فناوری‌هایی که بر کودکان تأثیر می‌گذارد اجتناب از استفاده بیش از حد از فناوری‌های تشخیص چهره و رفتار، ازجمله برای اهداف امنیتی ضروری است، یک رویکرد طراحی فراگیر در هنگام توسعه محصولات هوش مصنوعی مربوط به تعلیم و تربیت کودک، باید به کار برده شود که شامل جنسیت، تنوع جغرافیایی و فرهنگی و شامل یک طیف گسترده از ذی‌نفعان، مانند والدین، معلمان و روان‌شناسان کودک باشد.</div> <div style="text-align: justify;">The impact of artificial intelligence on children's lives is a matter of concern, from how children play and how they perceive education and upbringing, how they protect information and learn about it. Therefore, the purpose of this article is to examine the impact of artificial intelligence on education and children's rights issues. The present article, which is conducted in a theoretical manner and using library and internet resources and data analysis, is descriptive and analytical. The findings and results of the research indicate that it is necessary to increase the level of education and awareness of children's rights and the use of artificial intelligence by informing and educating programs that familiarize children, parents and education professionals with the possible risks and benefits of using artificial intelligence. In addition, tools should be provided to teach digital literacy to children so that they can understand and manage their personal information. Therefore, protecting children in the context of artificial intelligence requires the creation of specific rules, the development of ethical standards, education and awareness, and the participation of all stakeholders. Finally, when developing technologies that impact children, it is essential to avoid overuse of facial and behavioral recognition technologies, including for security purposes. An inclusive design approach should be used when developing AI products related to child education, which is gender, geographical and culturally diverse, and involves a wide range of stakeholders, such as parents, teachers and child psychologists.</div> هوش مصنوعی, تعلیم و تربیت, حقوق کودک, حریم خصوصی, امنیت داده‌ها, آموزش مجازی.
