fa تعیین‌کننده‌های ترک تحصیل دانش‌آموزان در ایران؛ یک مرور سیستماتیک Determinants of Student Dropout in Iran: A Systematic Review مسائل آموزشی پژوهشي Research آموزش به منزله یکی از شاخصهای توسعه اجتماعی جوامع، نقش عمدهای در رشد و توسعه ملی کشورها دارد. در حالیکه شیوع مسئله ترکتحصیل خصوصا در کشورهای درحالتوسعه، با داشتن پیامدهای متعدد در سطح خرد، میانه و کلان، میتواند مانعی بر تحقق اهداف توسعه شده و کشورها را با هدر رفت هزینه و منابع روبرو سازد. از این رو در مطالعهی حاضر به شیوه مرور سیستماتیک، و بررسی 27 مقاله داخلی که پس از عبور از یک پروتکل منظم انتخاب شدند، به استخراج تعیین کننده های ترک تحصیل پرداخته شد. یافتهها نشان داد عوامل موثر بر ترک تحصیل در دو دسته عوامل درون مدرسه که ذیل آن میتوان به چالش های فضای آموزشی، چالش های فرهنگی-اجتماعی و فردی پرداخت (عوامل آموزشی دارای بیشترین فراوانی بود) و عوامل برون مدرسه که ذیل آن میتوان به سرمایه فرهنگی و اقتصادی کم مقدار، چالش های فردی، اجتماعی و امنیتی-محیطی اشاره داشت (عوامل فرهنگی دارای بیشترین فراوانی بود). جهت ارائه راهبرد و مداخله باید توجه داشت به دلیل اینکه مجموع این عوامل به تنهایی موجب ترکتحصیل نشده و در برهمکنشی پویا قرار دارند، بنابراین ارائه راهبرد باید با رویکرد سیستمی و توجه به شبکه روابط علی این عوامل باشد. از این رو پیشنهاد میشود تحقیقاتی با رویکرد سیستمی به مسئله ترکتحصیل انجام شود که با نگاهی کلگرا و توجه به مجموع اجزاء و روابط و برهمکنشی میان آنها و ذینفعان این حوزه، امکان مداخله و مدیریت موثر این مسئله را فراهم آورد.   Education, as one of the key indicators of social development, plays a crucial role in the national growth and progress of countries. However, the prevalence of student dropout, particularly in developing nations, poses significant challenges at micro, meso, and macro levels, potentially hindering development goals and leading to wasted resources. This study employs a systematic review approach, analyzing 27 domestic studies that were selected through a structured protocol to identify the key determinants of student dropout. Findings indicate that the factors influencing dropout fall into two main categories: In-school factors, which include educational space challenges, socio-cultural and individual issues, with educational factors being the most frequently cited. Out-of-school factors, which encompass low cultural and economic capital, personal, social, and environmental security challenges, with cultural factors being the most frequently cited. To develop effective interventions and strategies, it is essential to recognize that these factors do not independently lead to dropout but rather interact dynamically. Therefore, dropout prevention strategies should adopt a systemic approach, considering the network of causal relationships among these determinants.
