fa چالش‌ها و راهکارهای توجه به مبانی روان شناختی مورد تاکید در سند تحول بنیادین در محتوای دروس، مدیریت کلاس ها و فضای حاکم در مدارس ابتدایی روان‌شناسی تربیتی پژوهشي Research <span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="line-height:normal"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span calibri="" style="font-family:"><span lang="AR-SA" style="font-size:14.0pt"><span b="" style="font-family:" zar="">هدف از پژوهش حاضر چالش&shy;ها و راهکارهای توجه به مبانی روان شناختی مورد تاکید در سند تحول بنیادین در محتوای دروس، مدیریت کلاس ها و فضای حاکم در مدارس ابتدایی است. این پژوهش از نوع کیفی است و برای دستیابی به یافته ها، روش تحلیل اسناد و روش پدیدار شناسی (مصاحبه نیمه ساختار یافته) مورد استفاده قرار گرفت. در این پژوهش بیش از 100 نفر از معلمان دوره ابتدایی استان اصفهان با روش نمونه گیری هدفمند و با معیار اشباع نظری انتخاب شدند. در بخش یافته ها با بررسی منابع موجود و از طریق مصاحبه با معلمان چالش ها و راهکارها مشخص گردید و نشان داده شد که مبانی ذکر شده در سند تحول یک شبه و صرفا با ارسال بخشنامه به صورت کامل محقق نمی شود، بلکه ضمن آموزش های لازم برای دانش آموزان، والدین و مربیان، نیاز به منابع و امکانات مورد نیاز و تخصیص عادلانه آن در کل کشور دارد. در ادامه از طریق مصاحبه با معلمان چالش ها و راهکارهایی همچون افزایش منابع و امکانات آموزش و پرورش، برگزاری آموزش&shy;های لازم برای مربیان و والدین، کاهش جمعیت کلاس ها، استفاده از ابزارهای فناوری مانند هوش مصنوعی، تغییر و اصلاح کتب درسی، اجرای کامل عدالت آموزشی، تدوین راهنمایی برای استفاده از شیوه‌های تدریس فعال در مدارس ابتدایی و سایر راهکار هایی که در متن پژوهش به آنها اشاره شده بر سر تحقق هر مبنا به صورت مجزا در جداولی ارائه شده است.</span></span></span></span></span></span></span><br> &nbsp; <span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="line-height:normal"><span calibri="" style="font-family:"><span style="font-size:14.0pt"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times="">The aim of the current research is to investigate the challenges and solutions to attention to the psychological foundations emphasized in the Document of Fundamental Transformation in the content of lessons, classroom management and the prevailing atmosphere in elementary schools. This research is of qualitative type, and document analysis method and phenomenological method (semi-structured interview) were used to obtain the findings. And, more than 100 primary school teachers of Isfahan province were selected by purposeful sampling method and theoretical saturation criteria. In the findings section, by examining the available resources and through interviews with teachers, the challenges and solutions were determined and it was shown that the principles mentioned in the Document of Fundamental Transformation will not be fully achieved in the short term and only by sending the circular letter. Rather, in addition to the necessary training for students, parents and teachers, there is a need for the necessary resources and facilities and their fair allocation throughout the country.
