fa بررسی تجارب معلمان تازه‌کار پایه اول ابتدایی شهرستان مهاباد در باب چالش های تدریس در سال اول مسائل آموزشی پژوهشي Research <span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="text-justify:kashida"><span style="text-kashida:0%"><span style="line-height:115%"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span calibri="" style="font-family:"><span lang="FA" style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="line-height:115%"><span b="" mitra="" style="font-family:">هدف اصلی این پژوهش، بررسی و شناسایی تجارب معلمان تازه‌کار پایه اول ابتدایی شهرستان مهاباد در باب چالش‌های تدریس در سال اول بود. پژوهش حاضر با بهره‌گیری از رویکرد کیفی و به روش پدیدار شناسی به انجام رسید. شرکت کنندگان این مطالعه، معلمان تازه&shy;استخدام آموزش و پرورش هستند که ده نفر از دبیران با روش&shy;های هدفمند و گلوله برفی انتخاب شدند. جهت گردآوری داده&shy;ها از مصاحبه نیمه ساختاری استفاده شد. روایی مصاحبه&shy;ها توسط استاد راهنما تأیید گردید. در این پژوهش پایایی روش کیفی از طریق تهیه و بکارگیری چارچوبی مدون برای مصاحبه کنترل می&shy;شود. این چارچوب مدون پس از تایید استادان و اطمینان از کارایی آن در پوشش اهداف در تمام مصاحبه&shy;ها به کار گرفته &shy;شد. همچنین برای تجزیه و تحلیل اطلاعات از روش اسمیت و همکاران که حاوی سه نوع کدگذاری تم، برچسب تم و خوشه تم می باشد، استفاده گردید. بر اساس مصاحبه‌ها از معلمان تازه‌کار پایه اول ابتدایی شهرستان مهاباد در باب چالش‌های تدریس در سال اول<b> </b>22 خوشه تم با عناوین 1- فقدان نظارت و راهنمایی، 2- وجود رفتارهای سازمانی نامناسب، 3- نامناسب بودن حجم منابع یادگیری، 4- وجود مشکلات زبانی و نوشتاری دانش&shy;آموزان، 5- چالش&shy;های&shy; روان شناختی دانش&shy;آموزان، 6- ضعف در برنامه&shy;ریزی آموزشی 7- چالش&shy;های دانش&shy;آموزان دارای اختلالات رفتاری، 8- کاستی در پیوند میان مدرسه و خانواده، 9- عدم تناسب رفتارهای دانش&shy;آموزان با برخوردهای احترام آمیز معلم، 10- چالش در مهارت&shy;های ارتباطی و .... شناسایی شدند.</span></span></span></span></span></span></span></span></span></span><br> &nbsp; <span style="font-size:14.0pt"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times="">The main purpose of this research was to investigate and identify the experiences of novice first grade teachers in Mahabad city regarding the challenges of teaching in the first year. The present research was carried out using a qualitative approach and a phenomenological method. The participants of this study are newly hired teachers of education, ten of them were selected using targeted and snowball methods. A semi-structured interview was used to collect data. The validity of the interviews was confirmed by the supervisor. In this research, the reliability of the qualitative method is controlled by preparing and using a written framework for the interview. This codified framework was used in all the interviews after the approval of the professors and ensuring its effectiveness in covering the objectives. Also, the method of Smith et al., which contains three types of theme coding, theme tag and theme cluster, was used for data analysis.
