fa عوامل و مدل ارتقای مدارس پژوهش‌محور استان سمنان: نمونه‌ای از یک پژوهش آمیخته the factors and a development model for research-driven schools in Semnan Province: an example of a mixed-methods study مدیریت آموزشی كاربردي Applicable پژوهش پیش رو با هدف طراحی وپیشنهاد الگوی تعاملی ارتقای مدرسه پژوهش‌محور در استان سمنان با روش آمیخته کمی-کیفی انجام شده است. روش تحقیق حاضر از نظر هدف کاربردی است. در بخش کمیّ روش آمار توصیفی  استنباطی و مدل‌سازی معادلات ساختاری بود. ابزار گردآوری اطلاعات پرسشنامه بسته بود که حجم نمونه آماری از میان 7365 نفر جامعه‌آماری بر اساس جدول مورگان، 372 نفر از کلیه مدیران، معلمان، و کارشناسان ذیربط استان سمنان انتخاب شدند. دادههای جمع آوری شده با استفاده از نرم‌افزارهای اس.پی.اس.اس  نسخه 22 و اسمارت پی.ال.اس نسخه 3 تجزیه و تحلیل شدهاند. یک پرسش از پرسشنامه و نیز پرسش‌های مصاحبه به صورت کیفی انجام شد.در بخش کیفی پژوهش راهبرد پدیدارشناسی به کار رفته است. به صورت نیمه باز با 50 نفر  یعنی40 معلم و 10 صاحب‌نظر مصاحبه صورت گرفت. در نهایت علاوه بر تأیید تا حد قوی برازش مدل طراحی شده مطابق با نتایج پرسشنامه، میتوان با تحلیل آمار استنباطی چنین بیان کرد که فرهنگ و ساختار پژوهش‌محور به عنوان متغیر مستقل با واسطه مدیر پژوهش‌محور و معلم پژوهنده به‌‌عنوان متغیرهای میانجی، تأثیر معناداری بر آموزش و یادگیری پژوهش‌محور به عنوان متغیر وابسته دارد. از نتایج تحلیل پاسخ‌هامی‌‌توان به موانع مسیر ارتقای مدارس پژوهشی و پیشنهادهایی برای رفع آن پی برد. بنظر مهمترین آنها همانطورکه مدل مفهومی پژوهش نشان می‌دهد عوامل برون‌‌مدرسه‌ای یعنی  مربوط به نقصان در سیاست‌گذاری و تصمیم‌‌گیری، برنامه‌ریزی و نظام امتیازدهی و تشویق سازمانی است که البته بدون اراده و  عاملیت عوامل درون مدرسه‌ای مانند معلم پژوهنده و مدیر، کاربرد  خود را نمی‌یابد.    The present research has been carried out with the aim of designing and proposing an interactive model for the promotion of a research-based school in Semnan province with a mixed quantitative-qualitative method. The present research method is practical in terms of purpose.In the quantitative part,the descriptive method was inferential and structural equation modeling.according to the results of the questionnaire, it can be stated that the research-based culture and structure as an independent variable with the intermediary of the research-based manager and the research teacher as mediating variables have an indirect and significant effect on education and research-based learning as a dependent variable. From the results of the interview, it is possible to find out the obstacles in the way of research schools promotion and suggestions to solve them.According to the most important of them, as the conceptual model of the research shows, extracurricular factors are related to the lack of policy making and decision-making, planning, grading system and organizational encouragement, which, of course, cannot be used without the will and agency of intra-school factors such as the research teacher and manager.
