fa تبار شناسی نظام تربیت‌معلم مبتنی بر رویکردهای متفاوت سازمان دهنده نظام تربیت‌معلم در ایران از زمان تأسیس دارالفنون تا تأسیس دانشگاه فرهنگیان فلسفه تعلیم و تربیت پژوهشي Research <span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="line-height:normal"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span style="font-family:Calibri,sans-serif"><span lang="FA" style="font-size:12.0pt"><span b="" mitra="" style="font-family:">هدف مقاله تبار شناسی نظام تربیت معلم از تأسیس دارالفنون تا دانشگاه فرهنگیان است. لذا طبق مفروضه های تبارشناسانه فوکو نظام تربیت معلم زمان حال بررسی شده و با شناسایی نقاط گسست به نقطه مبدأ این نظام دست یافته ایم. بر همین اساس ایجاد این نظام وابسته به شکل گیری نظام تعلیم وتربیت جدید و نیز رخدادهایی است که نتیجه آن آشکار شدن ضعف بنیه علمی ایرانیان بوده است . شکست های ایران از روسیه و درک عامل شکست یعنی دانش و فن آوری غربیان و ارتباطات با این کشورها موجب ایجاد گفتمان برتری دانش و فن آوری غرب گردیده و راهکارکسب دانش و فن آوری شناسایی شده و لذا اندیشمندان ، نظام تعلیم و تربیت جدید را بر مبنای شیوه غربی ایجاد کرده و برای تأمین معلمان مورد نیاز در ابتدا با دعوت از معلمان خارجی و به کار گیری دانش آموختگان بازگشته از خارج و دارالفنون و در نهایت با تأسیس اولین مراکز تربیت معلم اقدام به تأمین معلم نمودند. لذا &nbsp;تبار تربیت معلم نشان از گسست هایی در این نظام است که می توان&nbsp; نظام تربیت معلم عالم و باسواد، متخصص و ماهر و اسلام گرای انقلابی و ارزش مدار را در آن مشاهده نمود.</span></span></span></span></span></span></span><br> &nbsp; The aim of the genealogy of the teacher training system is from the establishment of Dar al-Funun to Farhangian University. Therefore, according to Foucault&#39;s assumptions, the current teacher training system has been examined, and we have reached the origin of this system by identifying the breakpoints. Based on this, the creation of the system is dependent on the new education system and the events that resulted in the revelation of the scientific weakness of Iranians. The defeats of Iran by Russia and the understanding of the cause of the failure, i.e. the knowledge and technology of the Westerners and the communication with them, have led to the discourse of the superiority of the knowledge and technology of the West, and the solution to the acquisition of knowledge and technology has been identified, and therefore thinkers have created a new education and training based on the Western method. And in order to provide teachers, initially by inviting foreign teachers and students who have returned from abroad and Dar al-Funun, and finally by establishing the first teacher training centers, they provided teachers.
