fa واکاوی روند توسعۀ حرفه‌ای مدیران مدارس مقطع ابتدایی با چشم‌انداز آینده‌پژوهانه مدیریت آموزشی كاربردي Applicable <br> &nbsp;<span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="line-height:12.0pt"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span sans-serif="" style="font-family:Calibri,"><span lang="FA" style="font-size:12.0pt"><span 2="" nazanin="" style="font-family:">پژوهش کنونی با هدف شناسایی مؤلّفه‌ها و پیش‌ شرط های لازم برای توسعۀ حرفه ای مدیران مدارس انجام شد. و با روش تحلیل اسنادی ابتدا پیشنه‌های نظری و پژوهشی مرتبط با توسعۀ حرفه‌ای مدیران مدارس بررسی شد و پس از آن پژو‌هش‌های خارجی از سال‌های 2013- 2020 و پژو‌هش‌های داخلی از سال‌های 1394 الی 1400 با توجه به‌ محتوای پژوهش به طور دقیق بررسی و مرتبط‌ترین پژوهش‌ها انتخاب شدند. یافته‌های 24 پژوهش خارجی و 25 پژوهش داخلی تحلیل شد. پس از تحلیل توصیفی و تفسیری نتایج پژوهش‌ها، شاخص‌های توسعۀ حرفه‌ای در 5 بخش علمی، مهارتی، سازمانی، شخصی و فرهنگی- اجتماعی ارائه شد</span></span><span dir="LTR" style="font-size:12.0pt"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times="">.</span></span><span lang="FA" style="font-size:12.0pt"><span 2="" nazanin="" style="font-family:"> با توجه به یافته‌های به دست آمده در اکثر پژوهش‌ها، وضعیت موجود توسعۀ حرفه‌ای بررسی شده است و با رویکرد آینده‌پژوهانه به مسائل مرتبط توجه نشده است. </span></span></span></span></span></span></span> <span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="line-height:12.0pt"><span sans-serif="" style="font-family:Calibri,"><span style="font-size:12.0pt"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times="">The current research was conducted with the aim of identifying the necessary components and prerequisites for the professional development of school administrators. And with the method of document analysis, theoretical and research projects related to the professional development of school administrators were first examined, and then foreign studies from 2013-2020 and domestic studies from 2014 to 2014 were carefully examined and the most relevant studies were selected. became The findings of 24 foreign studies and 25 domestic studies were analyzed. After the descriptive and interpretative analysis of research results, professional development indicators were presented in 5 scientific, skill, organizational, personal and cultural-social sectors.
