fa فراتحلیلی بر مطالعات آموزش شغلی (کارآفرینانه) با تاکید بر مهارتهای کارآفرینانه Metaanalysing of Occupational education with emphasis on entrepreneurial skills. مدیریت آموزشی پژوهشي Research بیکاری نوجوان و جوانان و پیامدهای اجتماعی ناشی از آن در شرایط بحرانی کشور،آموزش شغلی کارآفرینانه را به عنوان یک موضوع مهم مطالعاتی، موردنظر پژوهشگران رشته های مختلف قرار داده است. هدف این پژوهش ارزیابی تحقیقات و مطالعات انجام گرفته در حوزه آمورش کارآفرینانه در ایران است. این پژوهش برای اولین بار در ایران به شیوه فرا تحلیل انجام گرفت. هدف پژوهش حاضر، شناسایی روندهای حاکم و محتوای پژوهش های آموزش  شغلی کارآفرینی، ارزیابی روش شناسی این پژوهش ها و تبیین چشم اندازی برای ارتقاء پژوهش های این حوزه است  برای دستیابی به این اهداف، 35 مقاله علمی- پژوهشی در زمینه آموزش شغلی کارآفرینی در حوزه رویکردهای کارآفرینانه در کشورمان با استفاده از روش فراتحلیل در شش گام بررسی شدند. یافته های پژوهش در چهار بخش سیمای کلی پژوهش های پیشین، یافته های مرتبط با روش شناسی پژوهش ها و یافته های رویکرد پژوهی، تبیین شده توزیع جغرافیایی پژوهش ها و در انتها، راه کارها و توصیه هایی ارائه شدند. یافته های تحقیق حاکی از آن است که  تمرکز پژوهش ها  بر برنامه ها و الگوهای کاربردی محدود بوده و بیشتر از منظر روش شناختی  و محتوایی مورد بررسی قرار گرفته اند. پژوهش ها بیشتر جنبه نظری داشته و برنامه های آموزشی و راهکارهای عملیاتی ارائه نداده اند. آموزش کاربردی کارآفرینی از طریق بومی سازی برنامه های شغلی کارآفرینی در سطوح نگرشی، راهبردی و عملیاتی کشورهای توسعه یافته مانند آلمان می تواند شاه کلید و راهکار اجرایی در زمینه کارآفرینی باشد. Youth unemployment and its social consequences in the critical conditions of the country have made entrepreneurial career training an important subject of study for researchers in various disciplines. The purpose of this research is to evaluate the researches and studies conducted in the field of entrepreneurial education in Iran. This research was conducted for the first time in Iran by meta-analysis. The purpose of the current research is to identify the prevailing trends and the content of entrepreneurship vocational education researches, to evaluate the methodology of these researches and to explain a perspective for the promotion of research in this field. To achieve these goals, 35 scientific-research articles in the field of entrepreneurship-vocational-education in the field Entrepreneurial approaches in our country were investigated using the meta-analysis method in six steps. The findings of the research were presented in four sections: overview of previous researches, findings related to research methodology and findings of the research approach, geographical distribution of researches was explained, and at the end, work methods and recommendations were presented. The findings of the research indicate that the focus of the researches on programs and application patterns is limited and they have been examined mostly from the perspective of methodology and content. Researches are mostly theoretical and have not provided educational programs and practical solutions.
