other آموزش و پرورش و توسعه برنامه General پژوهشي Research ویکردهای کلی  راجع به آموزش  و پرورش برای حوزه های نظری وکاربردی بر پایه اخلاق و معنویت، عدالت، و سلامت و نشاط و کارآمدی است. آموزش و پرورش با دامنه وسیعی از نیازها و مناظر نگاه به آن روبرو است. از جهت سلامت و اخلاق نیازها را می توان به نیازهای کاذب و اصیل تقسیم¬بندی کرد. هم از بعد عقلانیت فنی و ابزاری و هم از بعد عقلانیت تفاهمی و فهم مشترک، امروزه‌ کارآمدترین‌ روش‌ تعیین‌ اهداف‌ در برنامه‌های‌ خرد و متوسط و کلان‌ تعیین ‌معیار و تراز  کیفیت زندگی سلامت و اخلاق است. فهم مشترک ایجاب می کند که: مباحثه‌ها و برنامه¬های آموزشی برای حوزه های کاربردی بر اساس‌ مطالعات‌، بررسی‌ اسناد، یافته‌ها و در مراحل‌ بعدی‌ بازدیدهای‌ موردی‌ و نیازسنجی‌ از خبرگان‌ و متخصصان‌ و شهود هم‌اندیشان‌ و سرانجام‌ تهیه ‌برنامه¬های باانعطاف وبرگشت پذیر صورت‌ پذیرد. در مورد عقلانیت تفاهمی مشترک باید اضافه‌ کرد که برای پرهیزاز انضباط خشن،‌ به‌ سوی‌ فضای چندصدایی  حرکت کنیم. برنامه های ملی، سند ملی و سند  چشم انداز، با کاربرد فهم مشترک  می توانند به تنوع الگو مجهز شوند و از فقر الگو رهایی یابند. در علوم انسانی و تربیت در کار پردازش‌ و تولید آموزش و کمک‌ به‌ "علم‌بودگی‌" آن، همه حق‌ دارند مشارکت‌ کنند و گام‌ اول‌ فهم مشترک و وفاق،" ¬درک‌ وجودی"‌ دیگران‌ است‌. کلیه گروه های "حاشیه ای"‌ که‌ غالباً آسیب‌ دیدگان سختی و خشونت،‌ زمختی‌ ساختارها یا ناکارآمدی ‌سبک‌های‌ زندگی‌ و تنگنای هنجارهای‌ اجتماعی‌- فرهنگی و دیوان سالاری هستند، درکنار مصادیق آموزش و پرورش استثنایی، توان‌ یابان (معلولان)، مردم عادی، فیلسوفان،خبرگان ،ارزشیابان صاحب نظران زیست محیطی و متفکران اجتماعی و اخلاقی ، منابع غنی سازی نظری و کاربردی علوم انسانی و تعلیم وتربیت به‌ شمار . انتظار می رود این راه  به‌ روش‌ عقلانیت تفاهمی ، فهم مشترک و تحلیل‌"چند منطقی"‌ و نقد واقع بینانه،‌ فرآیند بهسازی به‌ طور رضایت بخش تری‌ تسهیل‌ شود. General approaches to education about applied   and  speculative   areas based on ethics, spirituality, justice, health ,vitality and efficiency. Education with a wide range of needs and looking at the scenery is facing. Needs for health  and ethics can be divided into genuine and false ones. After both the technical and instrumental and communicative  rationality ,the  common understanding , is the  most efficient way to determine the goals and major programs, small and medium criteria to determine the health,quality of life ,balance and ethics.Common understanding will require : debate on educational programs for  applied  areas based on studies of documents, research findings and next steps case analysis, evaluation by the intuition of the experts and the connosures finally the flexible and reversible product would be emerged. It is should be added that rationality on the common understanding avoids the harsh discipline, and human relationships move towards polygonal space. National programs, documents and national outlook, with the application of common understanding can be equipped with a variety of patterns and find relief from poverty of patterns. Humanities and Education in the processing and production  climax higher than "scientificity" .All of the human beings have the right of participation , common understanding and consensus; first step, understanding the  entity of the" others “as a whole.All groups of "marginal" that often barely injured by violence, clumsy or inefficient structures, lifestyles, socio- cultural strain – and the bureaucracy.
