| The present research has been carried out with the aim of designing and proposing an interactive model for the promotion of a research-based school in Semnan province with a mixed quantitative-qualitative method. The present research method is practical in terms of purpose.In the quantitative part,the descriptive method was inferential and structural equation modeling.according to the results of the questionnaire, it can be stated that the research-based culture and structure as an independent variable with the intermediary of the research-based manager and the research teacher as mediating variables have an indirect and significant effect on education and research-based learning as a dependent variable. From the results of the interview, it is possible to find out the obstacles in the way of research schools promotion and suggestions to solve them.According to the most important of them, as the conceptual model of the research shows, extracurricular factors are related to the lack of policy making and decision-making, planning, grading system and organizational encouragement, which, of course, cannot be used without the will and agency of intra-school factors such as the research teacher and manager. Also, for institutionalization, it is better to spread the teaching methods of education and research in a comprehensive manner |
