fa نقش کالبد مدرسه در ارتقای فرآیندهای تربیتی و آموزشی مسائل آموزشی پژوهشي Research سازمکالبد مدرسه یکی از عوامل اساسی در فرآیند تربیتی دانش‌آموزان است که نقشی فراتر از یک فضای آموزشی صرف ایفا می‌کند. محیط فیزیکی مدارس نه‌تنها بستر آموزش رسمی را فراهم می‌سازد، بلکه تأثیر چشمگیری بر رشد شناختی، عاطفی و اجتماعی دانش‌آموزان دارد. پژوهش حاضر با استفاده از روش توصیفی-تحلیلی، به بررسی تأثیر ویژگی‌های کالبدی مدارس بر تحقق اهداف تربیتی پرداخته است. داده‌های پژوهش از طریق مطالعات کتابخانه‌ای و بررسی میدانی در میان ۸ دبیرستان دوره اول و دوم متوسطه در استان سمنان گردآوری شده است. نمونه پژوهش شامل ۳۸۴ نفر از دانش‌آموزان و مدیران مدارس بوده که داده‌های آن‌ها با بهره‌گیری از روش‌های آماری همچون تحلیل همبستگی و رگرسیون تحلیل شده است. یافته‌های پژوهش نشان می‌دهد که طراحی مناسب فضاهای آموزشی تأثیر معناداری بر افزایش انگیزه، تمرکز و رشد مهارت‌های اجتماعی دانش‌آموزان دارد. مدارس دارای فضاهای انعطاف‌پذیر و هماهنگ با نیازهای روان‌شناختی و اجتماعی دانش‌آموزان، در تقویت حس تعلق، افزایش تعاملات اجتماعی و بهبود عملکرد تحصیلی مؤثرتر عمل می‌کنند. همچنین، توجه به نور، رنگ، چیدمان کلاس‌ها، کیفیت فضاهای باز، وجود فضاهای چندمنظوره و فراهم‌سازی امکانات مناسب برای فعالیت‌های گروهی می‌تواند نقش مهمی در ارتقای کیفیت فرآیند یادگیری و پرورش شخصیت دانش‌آموزان داشته باشد. نتایج پژوهش نشان می‌دهد که توجه به طراحی کالبدی مدارس از منظر تربیتی می‌تواند به‌عنوان ابزاری مؤثر در شکل‌دهی رفتارهای فردی و اجتماعی دانش‌آموزان عمل کند. بر این اساس یشنهاد می‌شود که در فرآیند طراحی و بازسازی مدارس، نیازهای روان‌شناختی، اجتماعی و تربیتی دانش‌آموزان مورد توجه قرار گیرد. The physical structure of a school is a fundamental factor in the educational and developmental process of students, serving a role far beyond that of a mere instructional space. The physical environment of schools not only provides the setting for formal education but also exerts a significant influence on students’ cognitive, emotional, and social growth. This study, employing a descriptive-analytical method, examines the impact of architectural and spatial characteristics of schools on the realization of educational and pedagogical goals. Data were collected through library research and field surveys conducted among eight lower and upper secondary schools in Semnan Province. The research sample consisted of 384 students and school principals, and the data were analyzed using statistical methods such as correlation and regression analysis. The findings indicate that well-designed educational spaces have a significant positive effect on enhancing students’ motivation, concentration, and social skills. Schools with flexible spaces that align with students’ psychological and social needs perform more effectively in strengthening the sense of belonging, increasing social interaction, and improving academic achievement.
