fa بررسی فعالیت‌های اجرایی پژوهش‌سرای دانش‌آموزی دکتر حسابی شهرستان مهاباد از منظر دبیران مقطع متوسطه The examination of the executive activities of Dr. Hasabi's student research center in Mahabad city from the perspective of secondary school teachers مسائل آموزشی پژوهشي Research هدف اصلی این مطالعه، بررسی فعالیتهای اجرایی پژوهشسرای دانشآموزی دکتر حسابی شهرستان مهاباد از منظر دبیران مقطع متوسطه است. نوع این پژوهش، کیفی و روش آن، پدیدار شناسی است. شرکت کنندگان در آن، دبیران مقطع متوسطه شهرستان مهاباد هستند که ده نفر از دبیران با روشهای هدفمند و گلوله برفی انتخاب شدند. جهت گردآوری دادهها از مصاحبه نیمه ساختاری استفاده شد. اعتبار فرم مصاحبه توسط متخصصان علوم تربیتی تأیید و پایایی آن نیز از طریق تهیه و بکارگیری چارچوبی مدون برای مصاحبه کنترل میشود. همچنین برای تجزیه و تحلیل اطلاعات از روش اسمیت و همکاران که حاوی سه نوع کدگذاری تم، برچسب تم و خوشه تم می باشد، استفاده گردید. بر اساس مصاحبه‌ها در خصوص دیدگاه دبیران مقطع متوسطه شهرستان مهاباد در باب فعالیتهای اجرایی پژوهشسرای دانشآموزی دکتر حسابی، مضامینی چون برپایی همایشها و جشنوارهها، تشکیل کلاسهای علمی، سازماندهی نامناسب نیروی انسانی مورد نیاز، مشکلات ساختاری و تجهیزاتی،  اطلاع رسانی نامناسب، پشتیبانی از دانش‌آموزان در فعالیت های پژوهش سرا، مشارکت نیروهای انسانی متخصص و متعدد داخل و خارج از پژوهش سرا و فراهم ساختن شرایط و لوازم فیزیکی و مادی شناسایی شد.   The main purpose of this study is to investigate the executive activities of Dr. Hasabi's student research center in Mahabad city from the perspective of secondary school teachers. The type of this research is qualitative and its method is phenomenology. The participants are middle school teachers of Mahabad city, ten of them were selected by targeted and snowball methods. A semi-structured interview was used to collect data. The validity of the interview form is verified by educational science experts and its reliability is also controlled through the preparation and use of a written framework for the interview. Also, the method of Smith et al., which contains three types of theme coding, theme tag and theme cluster, was used for data analysis.
