fa تحلیل کیفی تاب‌آوری زنان در بستر بحران‌های طبیعی: مطالعه‌ای نظام‌مند با تأکید بر نقش آموزش در مناطق زلزله‌زده A Qualitative Analysis of Women’s Resilience in the Context of Natural Disasters: A Systematic Review Focusing on the Pivotal Role of Education in Earthquake-Prone Areas جامعه‌شناسی تربیتی پژوهشي Research این پژوهش با هدف تحلیل کیفی شواهد موجود دربارۀ تاب‌آوری زنان در مناطق زلزله‌زده و بررسی نقش میانجی‌گر آموزش در توانمندسازی آنان انجام شده است. این مطالعۀ نظام‌مند مطابق با چاچوب گزارش‌دهی PRISMA  طراحی و انجام و جستجو در پایگاه‌های داده بین‌المللی اسکوپوس، وباب ساینس و پاب مد و پایگاه‌های داخلی مگیران و اس‌ای‌دی و سیولیکا در بازۀ زمانی ۲۰۱۵ تا ۲۰۲۴ انجام شد. پس از غربالگری دقیق، ۴۵  مقاله (۲۵ مقاله لاتین و ۲۰ مقاله فارسی) وارد فرآیند تحلیل شدند. داده‌ها با رویکرد  تحلیل مضمون کدگذاری شدند. بعد از تحلیل داده‌ها چهار دسته مضمون اصلی آشکار شد: مضمون اول) تاب‌آوری چندساحتی :‌تاب‌آوری زنان فراتر از بازگشت اقتصادی، ابعاد روان‌شناختی، اجتماعی و هویتی را شامل می‌شدند. مضمون دوم) آموزش به عنوان موتور محرک : آموزش‌های تخصصی (مدیریت بحران، مهارت‌های زندگی، سواد مالی) به‌طور مستقیم بر افزایش خودکارآمدی و کاهش آسیب‌های روان‌شناختی تأثیر گذاشتند. مضمون سوم) ساختارهای حمایتی غیررسمی:‌ شبکه‌های همسایگی و خویشاوندی زنان، کانال اصلی انتقال دانش و حمایت عاطفی بودند. مضمون چهارم) موانع جنسیتی :هنجارهای فرهنگی و تقسیم کار جنسیتی، دسترسی زنان به آموزش و منابع را محدود می‌کرد. درنتیجه مشخص شد که آموزش، عاملی مهم و کلیدی در گذار زنان از «قربانی منفعل» به « کنشگرِ فعال‌» است. با این حال، برنامه‌های آموزشی باید با بافت فرهنگی محلی سازگار شده و بر توانمندسازی اقتصادی و روانی همزمان تمرکز کنند.   This study aims to qualitatively analyze existing evidence regarding women’s resilience in earthquake-prone regions and investigate the mediating role of education in their empowerment. Following the PRISMA protocol, this study conducted a systematic review. Searches were performed across international databases (Scopus, Web of Science, PubMed) and domestic repositories (SID, Magiran, Civilica) for the period 2015–2024. After a rigorous screening process, 45 studies (25 international and 20 Persian/Iranian) were selected for analysis. Data were synthesized using a thematic analysis approach. The thematic analysis revealed four primary themes: 1) Multidimensional Resilience: Women’s resilience extends beyond economic recovery to encompass psychological, social, and identity-based dimensions. 2) Education as a Catalyst: Specialized training (disaster management, life skills, and financial literacy) directly increased self-efficacy and mitigated psychological distress. 3) Informal Support Structures: Women’s neighborhood and kinship networks served as primary channels for knowledge transfer and emotional support. 4) Gendered Barriers: Cultural norms and gendered divisions of labor restricted women’s access to education and essential resources. Education is a critical factor in transitioning women from “passive victims” to “active agent.” However, educational programs must be culturally adapted to local contexts and focus simultaneously on economic and psychological empowerment.   تاب‌آوری زنان, زلزله, آموزش مدیریت بحران, مرور نظام‌مند, توانمندسازی, مطالعات جنسیتی.
