fa آسیب شناسی آموزش مهارت‌های حرفه‌ای در دوره کارشناسی پیوسته آموزش ابتدایی دانشگاه فرهنگیان و ارائه الگوی مطلوب مسائل آموزشی پژوهشي Research این پژوهش به منظور آسیب شناسی آموزش مهارتهای حرفهای در دوره کارشناسی پیوسته آموزش ابتدایی دانشگاه فرهنگیان و ارائه الگوی مطلوب انجام شد. این تحقیق از نظر هدف کاربردی است و از نظر روش جمع آوری داده ها، روش این مطالعه از نوع توصیفی اکتشافی می باشد. جامعه تحقیق در بخش کیفی را اسناد فرادست دانشگاه فرهنگیان از جمله اساسنامه دانشگاه فرهنگیان؛ سند تحول آموزش و پرورش؛ سند ملی برنامه درسی؛ نقشه جامع علمی کشور و اساتید دانشگاه های فرهنگیان کرمانشاه رشته علوم تربیتی و دانشجویان ترم آخر رشته آموزش ابتدایی تشکیل داد. روش نمونه‌گیری از اسناد نمونه‌گیری هدفمند بود و در ارتباط با اساتید و دانشجویان مصاحبه‌ها تا رسیدن به اشباع نظری ادامه داشت. جامعه آماری پژوهش شامل اسانید دانشگاه فرهنگیان شهرستان کرمانشاه (15 نفر) و دانشجویان ترم آخر رشته آموزش ابتدایی (186نفر ) است. روش نمونه‌گیری از اساتید تمام‌شماری و در ارتباط با دانشجویان نمونه‌گیری به شیوه‌ی تصادفی ساده انجام پذیرفت ( جمع کل 148 نفر:  109 نفر مرد و 39 نفر زن). ابزار جمع‌آوری داده ها فیش و پرسشنامه بود که روایی و پایایی ابزار دراین پژوهش مورد ارزیابی قرار گرفته و تأیید شدند. نتایج مشخص گردید بیشترین بعد آسیب‌زا بر آموزش مهارت‌های حرفه‌ای در دوره کارشناسی پیوسته دانشگاه فرهنگیان، در حیطه بعد ساختاری است. همچنین خروجی بخش دوم پژوهش یعنی الگو و ارزیابی آن منجر به شناسایی عوامل پیشگیری کننده آسیب های ساختاری، رفتاری و محیطی گردید.   This research was conducted in order to study the pathology of professional skills training in the continuous undergraduate course of elementary education of Farhangian University and to provide a good model. This research is practical in terms of purpose and in terms of data collection method, the method of this study is descriptive and exploratory. The research community in the qualitative section of Farhangian University documents, including the Farhangian University Statutes; education transformation document; national curriculum document; A comprehensive scientific map of the country was created by the professors of Farhangian Universities of Kermanshah in the field of educational sciences and the students of the last semester in the field of elementary education The sampling method was purposeful sampling of the documents and the interviews continued with the professors and students until theoretical saturation was reached. The statistical population of the research includes students of Farhangian University of Kermanshah (15 people) and students of the last semester of elementary education (186 people). Sampling method of full professors and in connection with students was done by simple random sampling (148 people in total: 109 men and 39 women). The tools of data collection were forms and questionnaires, and the validity and reliability of the tools were evaluated and confirmed in this research.
