fa طرح مدلی برای سنجش شایستگی‌های عمومی دانش‌آموزان ابتدایی با توجه به تربیت تمام ساحتی؛ همراه با بررسی این شایستگی‌ها از دیدگاه مدیران و معاونین مدارس A Model Plan for Measuring the General Competencies of Elementary School Students with Regard to All Domains Education; Along with the Examination of These Competencies From the Point of View of Principals and School Administrators مسائل آموزشی پژوهشي Research هدف از این پژوهش طراح مدلی برای سنجش شایستگی‌های عمومی دانش‌آموزان ابتدایی با توجه به تربیت تمام ساحتی و بررسی این شایستگی‌ها در دانش‌آموزان ابتدایی از دیدگاه مدیران و معاونین مدارس بود. پژوهش حاضر از نوع طرح‌های آمیخته اکتشافی بوده و داده‌های پژوهش به دو روش کیفی (تحلیل محتوای قیاسی و مصاحبه با خبرگان) و کمی (پرسشنامه محقق ساخته بر پایه مدل پژوهش) گردآوری شد. در بخش کیفی در ابتدا با استفاده از تحلیل محتوای قیاسی با روش مایرینگ و بر اساس سند تحول بنیادین و سایر اسناد بالا دستی 5 عنصر اصلی شامل 1- شایستگی‌های معنوی 2- شایستگی‌های درون فردی- اخلاقی 3- شایستگی‌های فرهنگی- اجتماعی 4-شایستگی‌های یادگیری و 5- شایستگی‌های روانشناختی- جسمانی، استخراج شد و متن مصاحبه بر پایه این عناصر و در نظر گرفتن تربیت تمام ساحتی در اختیار 8 نفر از خبرگان آموزش ابتدایی قرار گرفت که به روش نمونه‌گیری هدفمند و گلوله برفی انتخاب شدند. نتایج مصاحبه‌های نیمه‌استاندارد نشان داد که شایستگی‌های عمومی دانش‌آموزان ابتدایی دارای 8 مضمون مشترک و 182 زیرمضمون بود. در بخش کمی نیز پرسشنامه‌ای محقق ساخته بر پایه مدل پژوهش ساخته شد و پس از اعتباریابی آن در اختیار 70 نفر از معاونین و مدیران (از میان 205 نفر) مدارس شهرستان بوکان در سالتحصیلی 1402-1401 که به روش نمونه‌گیری خوشه‌ای چند مرحله‌ای انتخاب شدند، قرار گرفت. در نهایت نتایج آزمون فریدمن نشان داد که عملکرد دانش‌آموزان در شایستگی‌های معنوی و درون فردی- اخلاقی مطلوب، در شایستگی‌های یادگیری ضعیف و در شایستگی‌های روانشناختی- جسمانی و فرهنگی- اجتماعی بسیار نامطلوب است.   The purpose of this research was to design a model to measure the general competencies of elementary school students with regard to regard to all domains education and to examine these competencies in elementary school students from the perspective of school principals and assistants. The present one is of the type of exploratory mixed research projects, and the researchers conducted have been collected using two qualitative methods (comparative analysis and interviews with experts) and quantitative methods (researcher's questionnaire based on the research model). In the qualitative part, at first, using comparative content analysis with Meiring's method and based on the fundamental reform doc ument of Education and other high-level documents, 5 main were extracted and the text of the interview based on these elements and considering all domains education was provided to 8 primary education experts who were selected by purposeful and snowball sampling. The results of semi-structured interviews showed that the general competencies of primary school students had 8 common themes and 182 sub-themes. In the quantitative part, a researcher-made questionnaire was created based on the research model, and after validating it, it was given to 70 vice-principals and managers (out of 205 people) of schools in Bukan city in the academic year of 1402-1401, who were selected by multi-stage cluster sampling method, it placed.
