fa بررسی ملاک‌های موانع فرصت‌ها، موفقیت‌ها، و کارایی عملکرد کمیته‌ها و کارگروه‌های آموزش‌وپرورش استان کهگیلویه و بویراحمد Investigating the criteria of barriers, opportunities, successes, and efficiency of the performance of education committees and working groups in Kohgiluyeh and Boyer-Ahmad provinces مسائل آموزشی پژوهشي Research هدف این پژوهش بررسی ملاکهای موانع موفقیت و فرصت‌ها و اثربخشی و کارایی کمیتهها و کارگروههای آموزش‌وپرورش استان کهگیلویه و بویراحمد است. پژوهش حاضر با توجه به هدف پژوهش از نوع کاربردی است. این پژوهش با استفاده از روش کیفی انجام شده است. مشارکت‌کنندگان این پژوهش شامل 19 نفر کارشناس، کارشناس مسئول و روسای مجرب ادارات آموزش‌وپرورش در اداره کل و ادارات مناطق است. در این پژوهش از نمونه‌گیری هدفمند استفاده شد. ابزار انجام پژوهش، مصاحبه نیمهساختاریافته عمیق است. در این پژوهش برای بررسی صحت یافتهها از بررسی توسط اعضا مشارکت‌کننده استفاده شد. برای افزایش قابلیت اعتماد و اعتبار درونی از روش سهسویهسازی نظری (ارزیابی داده‌ها از دیدگاه‌های مختلف) استفاده شده است. برای تحلیل داده‌ها در نظریه زمینهای یا برخاسته از دادهها از کدگذاری باز، کدگذاری محوری و کدگذاری انتخابی استفاده شد. نتایج پژوهش حاضر در حوزه موانع موفقیت کمیتهها و کارگروههای آموزش‌وپرورش در استان کهگیلویه و بویراحمد به محدودیتهای مالی، نبود زیرساخت مناسب، مسائل و مشکلات فرهنگی-اجتماعی، مسائل و مشکلات نیروی انسانی، مسائل مدیریتی، کمبود انگیزه و رضایت شغلی اشاره میکند. به علاوه در حوزه  بررسی فرصت‌های موفقیت کمیتهها و کارگروهها به نوآوری، جذب و مدیریت منابع مالی و سرمایهگذاری، توسعه نیروی انسانی، ارتقا و بهبود زیرساختهای آموزشی، تقویت همکاری بین نهادی، برنامهریزی و مدیریت موثر، مشارکت جامعه و والدین، افزایش عدالت آموزشی، پایش و ارزیابی مستمر و تنوعبخشی به منابع آموزشی اشاره دارد. The purpose of this research is to examine the criteria for obstacles to success and opportunities, and the effectiveness and efficiency of education committees and working groups in Kohgiluyeh and Boyer-Ahmad provinces. The present study is of an applied type, considering its research objective. This research was conducted using a qualitative method. The participants in this study include 19 experts, responsible experts, and experienced heads of education departments in the General Directorate and regional departments. Purposive sampling was used in this study. The research tool is an in-depth semi-structured interview. In this study, a survey by participating members was used to verify the accuracy of the findings. To increase reliability and internal validity, the theoretical triangulation method (evaluating data from different perspectives) was used. Open coding, axial coding, and selective coding were used to analyze the data in grounded theory or data-driven theory. The results of the present study in the area of obstacles to the success of education committees and working groups in Kohgiluyeh and Boyer-Ahmad provinces point to financial constraints, lack of appropriate infrastructure, socio-cultural issues and problems, human resource issues and problems, management issues, lack of motivation and job satisfaction.
